James Leon

James Leon Boehler is a multitalented artist who resides in LA.

He holds a MFA and BA in Screenwriting along with an AA in Photography.

Art, movies, and music have been three of his lifelong passions and they are fully represented in the work that he creates.

Leon has over thirty original feature-length scripts in multiple genres and so far, he has written/produced/co-directed one independent feature film, "Dropping Like Flies".

His own screenplays as well as his collaborations with other writers have led to winning awards at various national and international screenwriting competitions, including Cannes and the LA Neo-Noir film festivals.

With each new script or art project, James Leon dives headfirst into unbridled forms of creative expressions.

When not in school or working on a myriad of projects, he enjoys spending time with his cats, reads extensively, and watching movies.
