Festival, Talent Search and Talent Listing subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through PayPal or the relevant account controls to stop future billing. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Expiry of Talent Listing Membership removes the profile from public Talent Search without deleting the account or profile data. Refund requests for duplicate charges, proven technical billing errors or services that FestOrbit cannot provide will be reviewed individually.
Staff packs and branded portals
These are independently billed recurring add-ons. Cancelling one add-on does not cancel the main festival subscription. Add-on access ends at its own paid-period expiry or earlier if the main festival subscription is inactive.
Additional editions
Additional-edition payments are one-time. Payment does not override the previous-edition proof requirement. A refund may be considered when FestOrbit rejects the additional edition for a reason that was not disclosed before payment; rejection caused by false, incomplete or non-compliant organizer information is not automatically refundable.
Advertising and promotion bookings
A booking is charged only after artwork validation and an available date range are shown. Before the campaign starts, cancellation requests may be considered subject to slot impact and non-refundable payment-provider fees. Once a campaign starts, amounts are normally non-refundable except for proven FestOrbit delivery failure.
Film submission fees
Submission fees are paid directly to festivals and are not refundable by FestOrbit. Filmmakers must follow the festival’s published refund policy and contact the festival first. FestOrbit may assist with records and compliance review but cannot return money it never received.
PayPal fees and currency conversion
Payment-provider fees and currency-conversion costs may not be returned by PayPal when a transaction is refunded. FestOrbit records the amounts reported by PayPal but does not control PayPal’s fee or exchange-rate decisions.
