Eligible advertisements
Advertising must be lawful, accurate, professionally presented and suitable for an international film-industry audience. The advertiser must own or be authorised to use the creative, brand and destination page.
Prohibited content
FestOrbit does not accept deceptive claims, malware, phishing, illegal goods or services, hate or extremist content, explicit sexual content, misleading interface buttons, impersonation, unauthorised copyrighted material or campaigns that endanger users.
Automated validation
The system checks technical requirements, dimensions, file integrity, secure destination URLs, availability and basic policy signals. Automated approval is not an endorsement of every factual claim. Suspicious campaigns may be paused for exceptional human review.
Slots and scheduling
FestOrbit shows the next eligible start and end dates before payment and temporarily reserves the slot. The booking is confirmed only after PayPal reports successful payment. Capacity, rotation and placement are determined by the selected package.
Sponsored labelling
Advertisements and paid festival promotions are clearly labelled. Paid placement never changes film eligibility or guarantees selection, submission volume, clicks or sales.
Creative changes
Changing artwork, target URL, advertiser identity or material claims after approval may require revalidation and can alter the booking start date.
Suspension
FestOrbit may pause or remove a paid campaign that becomes unsafe, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with the approved creative. Refund handling follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
