Harshit Bongarde

Harshit Bongarde is an award-winning Indian filmmaker, writer, director, actor, and senior video editor with over a decade of experience in storytelling and visual media.

As the Co-Founder of Navrang Theatre & Entertainment, he has written and directed acclaimed short films including MUKTI, Promise, Pavana River, Blackbone, and Everyday Heroes.

His directorial work on MUKTI earned him the Best Director Award at the Creative Creeds International Film Festival 2024, Mumbai Entertainment International Film Festival 2023, and Milkyway Film Awards 2022.

His film Promise received Best Short Film and Best Actress awards at the Creative Creeds International Film Festival 2023, and was further recognized at the Reels International Film Festival 2024 and the Roshani International Film Festival 2024.

His films have also been showcased at prestigious festivals including the Asian Talent International Film Festival 2024, reflecting his commitment to meaningful and socially impactful storytelling.
