Biography
Dustin Schmidt graduated from USQ with First Class Honours in 2016, completing a Bachelor of Applied Media with focus on screenwriting.
He made his directorial debut with the short film 'Besties in 2018.
In 2019, he won the AFIN International Film Festival's Best Original Screenplay award for his script 'The Last of the Pretty Boys'.
When he's not writing he serves as the frontman and guitarist for Australian rockers Northern Lights.
