Montenegiran online smartphone international film festival (MOSIFF). Provides new emerging film makers an international platform to showcase ideas, talents and creativity irrespective of the budget.

Encouraging professionals, amateurs and aspiring film makers to share their stories shot on a smartphones, tablets, and webcams to be screen on the big screen. MOSIFF a platform to showcase new talents using simple tools and readily available, that’s often overlook; The smartphone.

MOSIFF is an event that cannot be missed, honestly It is more than a film fest. It is a kind of life event.

General Rules+

  1. *ATTENTION ALL FILMMAKERS** PLEASE READ

  2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES BEFORE SUBMITTING.

  3. ONLY FILMS SHOT ON SMARTPHONES/TABLETS OR WEBCAMS WILL BE REVIEWED.

  4. Films must not be longer than 19 minutes (including titles or credit sequence).

  5. Use of additional equipment professional or homemade is allowed, include (but not limited to external microphones, wide angles lens, light etc.

  6. Any software can be used to edit the video and audio as well as colour correction or special effects is allowed.

  7. All foreign submissions containing spoken language(s) other than English must be subtitled in English.

  8. Copyright materials is not acceptable unless there is a written permission to do so (MOSIFF) is not liable for any copyright material unlawfully used.

  9. The film must be an original production.

  10. It may not infringe on the copyright, trademark or other rights of any organisation.

  11. Applicant grants MOSIFF a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, screen, modify, broadcast and distribute the Film as well as the unrestricted use of the Film for any purpose, without compensation to the Applicant.
