General Rules+

  1. 18+ section (short/medium-length films): People aged 18 and over. Local category: Open to all residents of Huarte (registered on the local council’s register). There are no restrictions on subject matter, and voting will be by public vote. - Youth section (short/medium-length films): People aged 12 to

  2. 18+ section (short/medium-length films): People aged 18 and over.

  3. Compatibility of categories: Entry into the Local Category does not preclude the possibility of competing simultaneously in the General Category, provided that the entry meets the technical and emerging filmmaker requirements for the latter.

  4. Technical specifications for entries (Film duration) The maximum permitted duration of entries, which must include the end credits in the calculation, shall be: Short films: up to 15 minutes Mid-length films: up to 60 minutes.
