SUBMISSION RULES **Article 1** EUROPEAN MOTION FILM FESTIVAL 2026 is an international competition festival focusing on stories of movement, change, and human experience across Europe.
The aim of the festival is to recognize films in particular categories and the best film overall.
The festival is intended to support bold, contemporary storytelling through fiction, documentary, and animated forms. **Article 2** The festival programme consists of competition and non-competition sections.
Participation in the programme does not guarantee any public showing of the film. **Article 3** Competition films must have been completed after January 1, 2024. **Article 4** The Festival Jury consists of 5 to 9 members.
It is headed by the Jury President.
Each member has one vote.
In case of a tie, the Jury President’s vote is decisive.
Voting results are not public.
Festival Juries are appointed on the recommendation of the Organizing Committee. **Article 5** The festival is he
