Submissions

All film submissions should be made digitally, not via DVDs in the post. Technical Requirements: - Films must be submitted as MP4 files with the following specifications: - Video codec

264 (most standard exports from editing software will work) - Resolution: 1920×p), landscape/16:9 orientation.

Native 1080p+ footage is encouraged, but upscaled content will still be accepted. - Frame rate: Constant Frame Rate (CFR).

Rights: - In order to submit a film, you must own the rights or have permission from the owner. - All entrants certify that they have been given full rights to use any and all music in their films. - Submitting your movie, you authorize “Culture & Frames” Filmfestival to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills in our social media. - With the submission the film makers give permission to save information about the film for internal purposes.
