General Rules+
  1. ELIGIBILITY Films must be completed after January 1, 2023 All genres and formats accepted within designated categories No restriction on country of origin Filmmaker must be 18 years or older Works-in-progress are not accepted Submissions must be original works created by the submitting filmmaker(s) Multiple submissions are allowed per filmmaker

  2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Online screener link required (Vimeo, YouTube, or direct link) Password-protected screeners accepted (provide password in submission form) Minimum resolution: 1080p HD Subtitles required for non-English dialogue Trailer, poster, and press kit encouraged but not required Filmmakers must own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions Films containing copyrighted music, footage, or other materials require proper clearance

  3. COMMUNITY SCREENING CONSENT Filmmaker acknowledges and agrees that submitted films may be screened by BlockReel DAO's verified filmmaker voting community during the official voting period. Screeners will be: Accessible only to registered, token-verified community members Protected by visible and forensic watermarking for piracy prevention Subject to session tracking (wallet address, email, IP, timestamp) Limited to streaming only; no downloads permitted Maxi
